Our ADSA (Automatic Door Suppliers Association) trained and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) qualified engineers work efficiently to minimise disruption and our service contracts mean you can be assured of optimum performance of all operating systems and a dependable priority response service when something goes wrong.

All service contracts are based around the ideal structure of an annual Preventative Maintenance contract – four site visits per year, one per quarter enabling our highly skilled and professional engineers to come to site to carry out an inspection, clean the door area and provide a written report of completed works and any components that require attention. To minimise disruption, any minor adjustments required will be made on the same site visit. 

Service contracts should always be adapted to meet your unique requirements. Each premises is different and has a specific set of requirements based on footfall, usage, accessibility necessities and legal obligations so if you need to increase or decrease the number of visits, specify out of hours attendance only, add a stock holding of common parts, or build in minimum 4 hour rapid response call out attendance – rest assured, we can create a service contract that is perfect for you.
